Welcome to DuetBoard! By accessing or using our mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

DuetBoard is designed for couples and best friends to discover, plan, and save memories of their shared experiences. Our Service is available on iOS and Android platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DuetBoard. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use DuetBoard, you must create an account and connect with your partner or best friend. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Service Features

DuetBoard provides the following features:

• Swipe Together: Browse and swipe on curated date ideas with your partner
• Instant Matches: When both users swipe right, it's a match
• Plan & Schedule: Schedule matched dates with budget tracking and notes
• Save Memories: Capture photos, ratings, and journal entries after dates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to DuetBoard, including photos, journal entries, and notes ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Impersonates any person or entity

6. Subscription and Payment

DuetBoard offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features may include:

• Unlimited daily swipes
• Advanced planning tools
• Unlimited photo storage
• Premium date idea collections

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DuetBoard, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Duetboard and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

DuetBoard provides date ideas and planning tools but is not responsible for the actual execution or outcome of any dates or activities you choose to pursue.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUETBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your User Content.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
